Yaaay water weight ;)

So the weight keeps dropping, this morning the scale says 196.8. I love the beginning of a weight loss regimen when it comes off suuuper easy, or if not easy, pretty fast. I think I have started a lot of different weight loss programs, but I totally ditch them, or cheat, and they don't last long. Probably a month is the longest I've stuck with anything. I feel like this time will be different. That's easy to say on day 6 of the new year, but I hope on day 100, 200, 300...I'm still doing the same thing. I've been eating right, and sticking to my exercise regimen that's not overbearing at all. My next big milestone will be hitting 185. Since college...I've tended to weigh somewhere around 190-195. The few times I stuck a weight loss program out for a month, 185ish is the lowest I remember getting. Getting there, and below that mark, will be new, exciting territory! I can't wait for pants to not fit!!! =) I have the third drawer of my dresser dedicated to clothes that are cute but are too snug for me, that I've always needed to lose probably 10 pounds for. I think it will be really empowering to open that drawer and wear the clothes I've been wanting to be able to wear for a while.

Yesterday went well, I exercised before work and stuck to healthy foods throughout the day. Today I'm telling myself...just keep doing what you're doing! =)
